Due to the increasing rise in COVID-19 cases locally and after careful consideration, effective Monday, December 7, 2020, FNCB Bank Community Offices in Lackawanna and Luzerne counties will return to drive-thru and appointment only service (1-877-879-3622). The lobby of our Honesdale Community Office will remain open.
