At FNCB Bank, we strive to meet the needs of the communities we serve by supporting organizations that improve educational and economic opportunities of low-and-moderate income individuals, youth initiatives and programs that enhance the cultural and economic development of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Here are just a few of the organizations we recently helped:

  • Allied Services Foundation
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of NEPA
  • Downtown Hazleton Alliance
  • F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts
  • Family to Family
  • Greater Honesdale Partnership
  • Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County
  • Hazleton Integration Project
  • Komen NEPA Race for the Cure
  • Leadership Lackawanna

  • Ronald McDonald House
  • Scranton Cultural Center
  • Serving Seniors, Inc.

  • United Way of Wyoming Valley
  • Women's Resource Center
  • Wyoming Valley Challenger Baseball

We will consider providing support to applicants that are tax-exempt and located in areas served by our locations in Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley. Applicants generally must be designated as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Organizations that actively partner with FNCB by banking with us and providing recognition of the bank's support will receive preferred consideration. Local organizations receive priority over national organizations.

We primarily consider donations/sponsorships for organizations that support:

  • Educational and economic opportunities of low-and moderate-income individuals and families.
  • Educational organizations
  • Community development
  • Youth organizations
  • Economic development
  • Health & human services
  • Cultural activities

Requests given preferential consideration are organizations that meet the following criteria:

  • Are current customers of FNCB Bank
  • Create positive exposure for FNCB Bank
  • Involve our associates
  • Improve quality of life in our community
  • Provide services targeted to low to moderate income individuals
  • Provide affordable housing for low to moderate income individuals
  • Support activities that promote economic development by financing small businesses or farms with gross annual revenues under $1 million
  • Revitalize or stabilize low or moderate income geographies, designated disaster areas or distressed underserved metropolitan areas

While we consider it our responsibility to support our communities, we are unable to grant requests that do not align with our mission. These include, but are not limited to: political organizations, organizations which do not directly benefit the community, donations to individuals, donations for trips or tours, advertising for benefit purposes, telephone solicitation, events that have already taken place and organizations that discriminate.
