1No closing cost feature applies to loan amounts with transactions between $10,000 and $100,000, excluding purchase transactions. FNCB’s waiver of closing costs is contingent upon the loan remaining open for at least thirty six (36) months. If the loan is paid off at thirty six (36) months or sooner, the borrower agrees to repay FNCB all waived third party closing costs which can be up to $700.

2WOW Mortgages are available on 1st lien, 1-4 family owner occupied primary residence or vacation homes with a minimum loan amount of $25,000. Loan amount may not exceed 80% of the value of the property. If an escrow account is established, the monthly payment obligation will be greater. Optional rate lock fee of $500 is payable at application. Property insurance is required; flood insurance may be required if applicable. Title insurance is required for all purchase transactions. Title insurance may be required for WOW Mortgages over $100,000. To qualify for “No Closing Costs”, loan payments must be auto drafted from an FNCB checking account and specific underwriting criteria must be met including a minimum credit score of 670. 3The "30 Day Closing Guarantee" timeframe on WOW Mortgages begins upon FNCB’s receipt of a borrower’s completed mortgage loan application including all applicable financial information. $100 will be credited to borrower’s FNCB deposit account if an approved loan is not closed within a period of 30 business days and the delay in closing is caused by FNCB. To qualify for the 30 day closing guarantee, the borrower must provide any additional documentation required by FNCB within 48 hours of the request and schedule an appraisal within 24 hours of initial contact by appraiser. Credit will not be applied if the borrower or their representative caused the delay.

4Promotional Annual Percentage Rate (APR) effective as of 7/27/17 is fixed at 0.99% for the first nine months and will adjust to a variable rate thereafter. The variable rate is equal to the Wall Street Journal National Prime Rate, currently at 4.25% APR, subject to change monthly. Maximum APR will not exceed 18%. Available on 1-4 family owner occupied primary residence and vacation homes with a minimum line amount of $10,000. Line amount may not exceed 80% of the value of the property. Typical costs range from $700 to $800. Property insurance is required; flood insurance may be required if applicable. Title insurance may be required for lines greater than $100,000. Annual Recurring Fee: $50.00 (due each year during draw period.) To qualify for the promotional rate, loan payments must be auto drafted from a Wow Maximum Earnings checking account and specific underwriting criteria must be met including a minimum credit score of 720.
