What do I need in order to use FNCB Online Banking?
In order to use FNCB Online Banking, you must first have a connection to the Internet. This requires two components: a modem and an Internet Service Provider (ISP). ISPs can be a local data communications company or a national provider such as America Online (AOL).
You will also need to have set up FNCB Online Banking with FNCB.
If I make a transfer or withdrawal, how soon are the funds
transferred or taken out of my account?
FNCB Customer Care center can be reached Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1-877-879-3622
Is there a time limit for a home banking session?
If you are inactive for ten minutes or more, the system will automatically log you out.
Can I change my time limit for a home banking session?
Yes, under the User Options tab.
I can't access the Login screen. Why?
An inability to access the login screen could be the result of not having the correct version of a browser. We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. If you do not have at least these versions of these browsers, you can go to either of the homepages and download the latest version.
