Items will be used at festival July 29-31
First National Community Bank (www.fncb.com), the largest community bank in Northeastern Pennsylvania, is pleased to participate in a donation program for the St. Joseph's Center Summer Festival.
Branches in Scranton, Dunmore, Dickson City, Clarks Green, Daleville and Pittston are collecting new items and books that will be sold at The Country Store during the Summer Festival held July 29-31 on the grounds of Marywood University.
The festival, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, has been called the "biggest backyard picnic in Northeastern Pennsylvania" and raises funds for many important programs at St. Joseph's.
"St. Joseph’s Center is a tremendous asset to our community and First National Community Bank is proud to be a partner in the annual festival," said First Senior Vice President Joe Earyes. "We have participated in the collection program for a number of years now and the response from our customers and employees has been generous."
Anyone interested in making a donation may visit one of the participating branches until July 8.
