The Board of Directors of First National Community Bancorp, Inc. ("FNCB") declared a first quarter cash dividend of $.11 cents per share payable March 18, 2009 to shareholders of record on March 9, 2009. This payment equals the per share dividend paid in the first quarter of last year.
