Adopt-A-Family program helps nine families
Employees from First National Community Bank (FNCB) recently donated grocery gift cards and over 200 presents to nine local families as part of the Bank's "Adopt-A-Family" holiday project. The initial goal of the Adopt-A-Family project, coordinated by FNCB's Finance Department, was to help five families in need this holiday season. That number quickly grew.
"There was such an outpouring of support from our team, we far exceeded our goal and were able to help four additional families." said Amanda Reyes, Project Coordinator "It's a wonderful feeling to make the holiday season a little brighter for so many people."
The holiday project is part of FNCB's larger Community Caring initiative. As a true, local community bank, FNCB is making a difference through volunteerism, donations and outreach programs.
