First National Community Bank (FNCB), the largest community bank in Northeastern Pennsylvania, today announced several staff promotions.
Amy Richards, Banking Officer, Relationship Manager I
Amy Richards has been promoted to Banking Officer, Relationship Manager I where she will be managing existing commercial loan portfolios while creating and developing new business relationships with prospective commercial loan customers.
Ms. Richards joined First National Community Bank in 2008 and previously held the position of Credit Analyst III.
She is a graduate of Forest City High School and Marywood University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She is also a graduate of FNCB’s Professional Development program.
She currently resides in Pleasant Mount, PA.
Michael Vacula, Community Office Manager, Pittston
Michael Vacula has been promoted to Community Office Manager of the FNCB Pittston Route 315 branch. He will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring superior customer service.
Mr. Vacula has been with First National Community Bank since 2006 holding a number of customer service positions. Most recently, he participated in the management training program.
He is a graduate of Wyoming Area High School and Misericordia University where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in financial services. He is currently pursuing an MBA in business administration at Misericordia. He is also a graduate of FNCB’s Professional Development Program.
He is a volunteer with the Exeter Lions Little League and resides in Exeter with his wife Samantha and children Ava and Alex.
Sara Matusinski, Customer Care Center Supervisor
Sara Matusinski has been promoted to Customer Care Center Supervisor where she will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of FNCB’s Customer Care Call Center.
Ms. Matusinski joined First National Community Bank in 2002. Prior to her promotion, she spent six years as the Community Office Manager of the Route 315 branch.
She is a graduate of Bishop Hafey High School and King’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She resides in Kingston with her husband Craig.
