Donation helps fund pre-k scholarship program
First National Community Bank (FNCB), the largest community bank in Northeastern Pennsylvania, today announced an Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) donation to benefit an education program in Monroe County.
The Pocono Alliance was presented with a $950 donation for the Tax to the Max for Kids pre-k scholarship program which offers tuition assistance to financially eligible families to attend an approved pre-school.
The support of the Pocono Alliance represents part of FNCB’s larger Community Caring initiative. Through outreach programs, donations and an employee volunteer network, FNCB is committed to helping the communities they serve.
