FNCB Bank Announces Staff Additions

John Strellish and Jessica Capwell join banking team

FNCB locally based for over 100 years, today announced the appointment of two new staff members. Added to the FNCB banking team are John Strellish, Senior Vice President, Commercial Officer and Jessica Capwell, Assistant Vice President, Residential Mortgage Manager.


StrellishJohn Strellish, Senior Vice President, Commercial Officer
John Strellish, Senior Vice President, Commercial Officer, will be responsible for managing a commercial loan portfolio, underwriting new credit requests as well as sales and service of new and existing relationships.

Mr. Strellish brings more than 30 years of commercial relationship management expertise to FNCB Bank. Most recently, he served as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for BB&T Bank.

He is a graduate of Pittston Area High School, King’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the Pennsylvania Banker’s School of Commercial Lending. An active member of the community, he is a member of the Pittston Rotary Club, and a board member of the Wilkes-Barre Industrial Fund and the Colleen Shea Children’s Foundation. He resides in West Wyoming with his wife Karen. He has two children, Michael and Nicholas.


CapwellJessica Capwell, Assistant Vice President, Residential Mortgage Manager
Jessica Capwell, Assistant Vice President, Residential Mortgage Manager, will be responsible for management, direction, and development of the residential mortgage underwriting, processing and compliance function of the Bank.

Ms. Capwell brings more than 10 years of loan management experience to FNCB Bank. Most recently, she served as Regional Service Manager for Pentagon/Valor Federal Credit Union.

She is a graduate of Scranton High School and the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and attended Widener University School of Law. She resides in Throop, PA.
