FNCB Bank will celebrate the official grand opening of its new full-service community office at 1150 Route 315, Plains Township on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 with a 4:00 p.m. ribbon cutting. The new branch is located next to Dunkin Donuts in the Richland 315 Complex.
“We are thrilled to add a state-of-the art office to our branch network,” said Jerry Champi, FNCB Bank President and Chief Executive Officer. “This additional investment in our banking network demonstrates our long-term commitment to Northeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.”
The new community office will feature the “Personal Banker” model that combines various roles within a traditional branch into a single role to maximize efficiency and customer service.
“The personal banker model is another way we are helping fulfill our mission to make our customer’s banking experience simply better,” added Champi.
The new Plains Township office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
