FNCB, locally based for over 100 years, is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members to the Government Banking Department. Added to the FNCB banking team are Michael Barrouk, Assistant Vice President, Government Banking Sales Officer and Joan M. Triolo, Government Banking Officer.
Barrouk, Assistant Vice President, Government Banking Sales Officer
Michael Barrouk, Assistant Vice President, Government Banking Sales Officer, will be responsible for overseeing existing governmental banking relationships as well as developing new banking relationships with area municipalities, authorities, school districts and county government.
Mr. Barrouk brings more than 13 years of banking and finance experience in Northeastern Pennsylvania to FNCB. Most recently, he was a Business Development Officer at First Citizens Community Bank. He is a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School and Wilkes University where he earned his Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees.
An active member of the community, he is past chairman of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Wilkes University Sports Hall of Fame and is currently a volunteer coach for Back Mountain Baseball and Soccer. He resides in Dallas, PA with his wife Jill, sons Sam and Nick and daughter Nina.
M. Triolo, Government Banking Officer
Joan M. Triolo, Government Banking Officer, will be responsible for developing new business and expanding existing relationships with area municipalities, authorities, school districts and county government.
Ms. Triolo brings over 30 years of banking experience, including 17 years in government banking, to FNCB. Most recently, she was an Assistant Vice President, Government Banking Officer at Landmark Community Bank. She is a graduate of James M. Coughlin High School High School and Luzerne County Community College.
She is a member of the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries and is an associate member of the Government Finance Officers Association. She resides in Wilkes-Barre, PA with her husband Ed and has one son: Peter.
