FNCB Bank, locally-based for over 100 years, recently donated $10,000 through the Pennsylvania Neighborhood Assistance Project Tax Credit Program, to NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania for their West Scranton Blight to Bright project. Blight to Bright is a joint initiative of NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Lackawanna County Land Bank that addresses and revitalizes blighted properties in West Scranton. The support of the NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania is part of FNCB’s larger Community Caring initiative.
